apparently it stores them from sent emails over time.  how can I (i)
get a download of all the names it has in its cache as I would like to
add them all to my contact list and (ii) cause Outlook to add a
name/email address to my contact list every time I send an email?

We are using outlook 2003 .Is it possible to configure to connect to
multiple exchange servers in a single profile or view multiple profiles at a
time in outlook.

Cannot initialize Microsoft Office shared utilities is coming up once I start
Outlook 2007 deinstalled and reinstalled already and that was no help.  Any

For the past few days, I have not been able to reply to or send messages from
Outlook in my Adelphia account.  It worked fine for years, but suddenly I get
the following message every time I reply/send from Outlook.  I can login into
the Adelphia website and send messages fine.  ...

Is there a way to show a single list of mail both sent and received?  I know
you can see a message that has been replied to, for instance, and click on
"find related" and wait for a new dialog box, then resize it, then wait for

When I try to delete a message in my inbox, the message remains in the inbox
the tilte is barred.  How can I delete it ?

After upgrading to the lovely Outlook 2007, I get an annoying pop up balloon
on my taskbar telling me things like "Outlook is preparing requested view"
and the like.  
This happens so often it's annoying.  Any ideas how to disable this?

Somehow, I (atleast I am pretty sure it was my fault, it usually is) ended up
getting 3 copies of every message in all my folders.  This happened somehow
when moving data between a laptop and a desktop and then 're-running' the
rules that I have in place.

When I setup email accounts for separate users all users are receiving each
others email.  How to I resolve this isssue?

This may have nothing to do with Windows, but I have installed and
reinstalled the latest version and it doesn't "stick" .  Every time I go to a
site that needs it, it tells me update my flash player.

I cannot open TIFF attachments (fax to e-mail) anymore. I receive a message
