My file attachments on outgoing emails appear as icons n the main text body of the message. How to I change it so that the attachments are listed in the header? I have seen this happen so know it is possible. Thanks. I am using variously versions 2002 and 2003

Question is relevant to both 2002 and 2003 versions of Outlook. I want to configure Outlook so that if I compose an out-going email and click "send" it files it temporarily in Outbox, requiring confirmation by way of clicking on Send/Receive before it is finally sent on its way.

When in a web site, I use extensively the feature to send by email either the web link or web page. I use Windows XP Professional Operating System and use Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003. Thus, Outlook 2003 is my email program.
