Is there a way to set rule for each personal folder that anything sent from folderX is saved to folderX? (I have 10 client folders for which each would have their own rule if the means exists.) I'm wanting to eliminate Step 4 of what I am doing now:

I am trying to set a rule on a public folder that will auto reply to messages and when I set the rule and choose ok it says that this will fire for all messages which I choose ok then I choose ok again then it tells me that the rule could not be saved what am I missing?

I get a fixed format auto generated email from our fax software whenever a fax is sent out. I need to be able to print out part of the messages in a tabular format, which would show us the fax number of the recepient, the time it was sent and the status as in NORMAL or ABORTED
