From time to time when Outlook (2003) comes up and always when I try to synchronize with Yahoo's calendar, I get a "Windows LDAP Directory" pop-up, which I just cancel and it seems to cause no other problems. However, I would like to get rid of that small annoyance.

I just installed outlook 2003 because of a hard disk reformat, and now moving from one folder to another or from one e-mail to another is very slow. Can you help. Thank you.

In Outlook 2003 my assistant has been granted Editor access/permissions to my contacts, calendar, and all email folders. There is one folder named Confidential that she should not have access to, however. This folder is not under the Inbox but is in the "root" of my profile. ...

When I click on the e-mail envelope on the Excel tool bar to send and e-mail via Outlook 2003 I get the message: "Excel could not start e-mail program....." Outlook 2003 is the e-mail program and is running and working fine. Outlook

I have two email accounts that arrive in Outlook as personal and business, however would like to select the two seperate address books automatically when I hit reply etc, currently only seem to be able to have one setting?

Is it possible to exclude internet adresses for out of office replies in Outlook 2003 ? So out of office would reply only to adresses of the internal organization. Thank you

You can format the contact list to show the sur name first but how do you do the same for the distribution list?

When I select the "To" button to send an email the Acoount group appears instaed of the contact list. I have to click the drop down box to find my contacts. How do you set up the contact to appear the first time? I am using Outlook 2003.

I recently installed Outlook 2007 and now I do not receive new mail notification by either the mail envelope or the desk top alert. Both are checked under advanced e-mail options. Any ideas?

I want to have multiple exchange mailboxes available from Outlook, but the Add a new e-mail account only allows a single Exchange Server account. I'm sure there must be a way, but it isn't obvious. Suggestions?

I cannot get outlook 2003 to work since downloading Vista beta. Every time I try to open it, it starts up then states it is migrating. Suddenly it just dissappears. I can't understand why ms outlook won't work with ms outlook. The rest of my office suite has worked so far.
