Lately I am having problems with Outlook 2003 running with Win XP Pro with
all critical updates installed.  Eg a few minutes ago a draft message which I
had created a few days ago and which was on hold suddenly sent itself whilst
I was typing out a reply to another message.  

I installed the Outlook (2003) Backup Tool using my computer's administrator
account. It looks great. But when I kogged on to the account that we use to
actually download emails, the backup option doesn't even appear under the
file options.

Need some help on this one, I am attempting to export my contact list which
is hotmail, and move the contact list into my outlook 2003. I just got my new
