Hello.  I have Office 2003 on my WinXP SP2 system.
I tried to burn my 2005 personal.pst file for archiving into a CD.  But when
I tried to open it, Outlook 2003 gives me an "Access denied" due to
permission!  Is there a workaround this?  Does a .pst file have to be in a

Have a customer running SBS2003 using Outlook 2003 Mail client.
Customer is using the Exchange Server feature of SBS - all mail is held at

In Outllook 2003 you could disable the use of Word 2003 as your e-mail
editor, the option doesn't appear to be in 2007.  Is it still possibe
to do this?

I LOVE using Lookout, waaaay better than Google Desktop.  However, something
has caused Lookout to all but disappear from the Outlook toolbar, both at
home and at work.  I have removed the Lookout program through Control Panel
Add/Remove Software and redownloaded and reinstalled ...

I am using Windows XP Home Ed, SP2  and Office 2003.  All of a sudden I can
no longer have outlook open my Free Hotmail account.  It tells me that access
is denied, check to see if Id and password is correct  erroe ox800ccc32.  I

incoming messages.  These include messages that are sent to all staff and for

Cannot believe it.  Completely removed and reinstalled office '03 to get this
bug fixed in Outlook, yet after the reinstall and all updates from MS, it
STILL will not save the password.
I'm done.  I'll either go to another product, or wait for '07.  Sucks.  
Blank folder in Mail -Outlook 200326 Jan 2007 21:59 GMT1
I have been experimenting with archiving email and have somehow ended up with
a blank folder showing up in All Mail Folders. If I click on it, I get an
error message "The set of folders could not be opened." If I right-click on
it, I get options such as Open, Open in New Window, ...
