When I click on "read mail" in ie6 nothing happens. I went to IE6 tools - internet options - programs and the E-mail box is blank and the pull down menu does not work. Any suggestions? Thank you

I am running XP Home Edition; my wife and I have separate accounts on the pc but we use the same email box from our ISP. What do I need to do to have Outlook from our 2 accounts reference the same Outlook email folders? Thank you!

All my old outlook folders (mail, contacts, tasks, ... ) have vanished after an update to IE7. My machine is also set up for automatic Windows update. This happened within the past 3 weeks. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
