I can not open email with .eml extension files even if I save them and use
the "open with"...
is there any  other option or setting I need to do?

I have bought a new PC today, installed MS Outlook 2003.
I then over-wrote the PST file in the C:\Documents and
Settings\HP_Administrator\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst.

I have a new PC and I copied the PST file to a CD. I have installed installed
Outlook 2003 and located the new PST file and over-wrote this with my one
from a CD.
Outlook now won't open as it says it is not an outlook file??

I wanted to try posting this one more time.
After installing the Jan 2007 Widnows Udate, I can no longer send or receive
mail in Outlook.  Upon doing a system restore, all is ok.  However, I would
like to install the update AND have my Outlook.  Anyone having the same

Help!  Sometimes when I open Outlook 02 my messages scroll to the end of the
messages.  I can't go anywhere and if I click on a message and it actually

Just upgraded computer installed office 2003 and wanted to move or import
outlook data file to new computer.
My problem is that I have no .pst files and yes I have done the unhide
hidden files all i can find is an outlook data file .

start.  In doing the repair, I must have blown away my .pst or .ost file and
had to start from scratch with Outlook.
Does anyone know how I can recover these files without paying $599 for a
