Am I right in thinking that follow-up reminders don't appear to work in
Outlook 2003? I frequently do this:
o Receive an email and think "ah ah, that's important but not until next
week"

I recently deleted a user account on Windows.  It gave me the option of
saving all documents associated with that user to a folder, which I did.  But

Yes the cwk file is an attachment.  I am using microsoft XP.  Isn't there a
program   (like Adobe reader) that you can download for free to read the cwk
attachment ?  I know cwk is short for clarisworks, an older Apple system.

When I shutdown my notebook, XP Home did an automatic update.  The next
morning, when I turned it on, I could not open my Outlook 2007 Beta 2.  There

I have Office 2003 with a new computer.  I am having problems with my
Outlook.  Everytime i try to send an e-mail the Outlook freezes for 5 min.  
Most of the time the e-mail eventually sends, but sometimes it locks up and I
have to shut it down from the task manager.

I upgraded to Office 2003 partly because my old Outlook files became corrupt
and I couldn't find my installation CD to fix the problem.  However, my new
installation evidently sees that the prior version existed and is looking for
my old .pst files and evidently doesn't want to ...
