About 99% of the time when I empty my Junk Mail Folder Outlook will crash and want to send a sweet little note to Microsoft. I've never been able to find out why and have come to live with it...but it's really annoying me today.

When I type ":-)" to get a smiley in an email it comes up as a smiley until after I send the message. The person receiving the message sees the smiley but on my machine it shows up as a "J". Anyone have any idea why this is happening?????

My isp blocked port 25 except to their own server. So I deleted the email account that used on outside server for smtp. But when the user trys to reply to some messages, OL says it will send it via the missing account! Since the account is gone and since it I wouldn't

Something is going on with OL 2002. When I try to check for mail it usually times out. I know my settings are correct because it does work from time to time (about every 5th time or so).

I have a problem with outlook 2002. when creating a new email i want to add an attachment. Previously, the attachment would be displayed in the attach field. Now when i add a file it appears in the body of the email as an Icon. How do i change this back to the original format?
