I have Outlook 2003 setup with both a POP3 account and an Enterprise Server account both of which have the ability to send emails but not receive them. There is no error message, the send/receive status always gets to "Complete." Please help

Email this file from Windows Explorer does not open Outlook 2003 when Outlook is set as the default Email program. The function does work if I set Outlook Express to be the default mail program.

I have a user that has 93,000 emails. We use Exchange 2000 w/ Outlook 2002. I'm aware of the 2 Gb limit for OST & PST files. How do I give him his emails offline? He says he needs all his emails dating back to early 2001.

How can I use the last name to place a name in the To.. box for a new message? The contacts folder is already sorted by last name, but the contacts come up sorted by first name when preparing a new email. Thanks for any help.
