the ordinal 16 could not be located in the dynamic link library DecSDK.dll. This messgae keeps popping up when I first lauch Outlook and clik send/recieve. What should I do to stop it. many thanks

HI, I connect to my work email via webmail which inturn opens outlook (2000 on my PC) - the mail is diplaked by oday, Yesterday etc and I can see say 50 or so in a page. How can I delete 600 old emails regardless of whether I have read them or not in one go? I would like to say ...

After running normally on one PC on my home network, Outlook fails to remove itself from memory on closing. This prevents other PCs on the netowrk from accessing shared PST files. This fault occurs on PCs running XP Home, XP professional and Windows 2000.

I use Windows XP and Outlook 2003. I would like to have two distinct Outlooks on the same computer. I want to maintain one calendar in one of the Outlooks and a seperate calendar in another Outlook. How can I accomplish this? I will appreciate advice?

Whenver I send email to my newsletter list (opt-in only) some emails are bouncing back with this message: The user does not accept email in non-Western (non-Latin) character sets. Does anyone know why this is happening and how I might fix the issue?

I have over 600 Contacts, I'm using Outlook 2003. Some contacts are business related, some family and friends. I don't want to delete any of them, but I don't want to scroll through all of them when sending emails. ANyway of streamlining this?
