The "Process Marked Headers" option in outlook 2007 is grayed out after
marking messages to download and delete.

Today, I noticed that a grey circle is now displayed to the left of the
'From' name in all my Outlook messages.  I did not do anything actively and I

When I reply to or forward an  an e-mail,  Outlook does not show this with
the purple or blue arrow in my inbox. Why?
