marking messages to download and delete.

Just installed MS Office 2003 and cannot send & receive e-mails using Outlook
2003. I had Outlook 2000 before and it worked fine, but Windows had to be
reloaded on my computer and that wiped everything out so I installed Office

worked fine - on the file menu, I just click "Backup" and away you go. But
I'd also like to backup my wife's outlook files. When I switch profiles and
go into her outlook, there is no "Backup" option in ...

In order to sync from Outlook to my iPod Nano, I need a newer version of
Outlook. I have XP 2002 and I need at least 2003 or later. Is there a way

Today, I noticed that a grey circle is now displayed to the left of the

When I reply to or forward an an e-mail, Outlook does not show this with
the purple or blue arrow in my inbox. Why?
