After two weeks my Outlook makes my emails disappear from the Inbox.  I need
all my emails from as far back as I can think.  
How do I check it out to see if it is archiving them or deleting them, and
how do I stop it?

I am new to Outlook.  I want to import my address book from my Yahoo account.
I have exported the yahoo_ab[1].cvs file onto my computer, but when I try to
import the file to Outlook, it is not listed as an accepted file.  Excel is
listed as an acceptable file, but only in xls ...

I recently installed OL 2002. I imported my address book and e-mails
from OE. However, many of the e-mails had the date that I imported
them, not the date that they were actually written. To fix this, since

I was using OL 03' on one PC and have switched to OL 07' on a new PC. How to

I'm using Office 2003 and outlook 2003. I set the signature auto insert in
edit new email. If I reply or forward email, I insert the signature
manually. But when I set the winword as a editor, I can't find any signature
insert function. Could I do this function when I use Word?

known to be short cut to Find/Locate since the stone age. Control-F is
"Find"  in wordpad,  notepad, word, excel, acrobat reader, microsoft
visual studio, embedded visual studio, visual basic, visio, microsoft

When i want to send an email to a "forgetful" person, can i use outlook 2003
loaded onto a personal computer to set a follow up flag for someone using NT
outlook? I need the email to keep reminding this person that action needs to
be taken.

I regularly have to send a newsletter to a large group of email addresses. I
only have them in the form of a Word document. I have been cutting and
pasting the whole batch into the To field, but is there a way to get the

Is there a "send again" button in Outlook 2003. Kind of out of the "sent

After receiving my computer about a year ago, and not being well verse
in Microsoft, I installed an old version of Outlook. It worked okay
but since then I have tried to reinstall the original Outlook (2003) o
my computer. I have removed all of office, reinstalled it, etc. etc. Th

Yesterday the test message worked fine now today:
When sending a test e-mail form the "test account setting" button I receive
this message: Unable to send test message please verify e-mail address
filed. I've looked at the e-mail fields and they are fine.

I'm an individual using a work computer w/ Corporate outlook.  
If I try the trial software is that going to cause problems with our
corporate server? and will it cause problems as I send to Outlook 2002 users?

I have created a Junk folder but I cant see it in the usual list of folders.
Where can it be hiding or located please.
