After two weeks my Outlook makes my emails disappear from the Inbox. I need all my emails from as far back as I can think. How do I check it out to see if it is archiving them or deleting them, and how do I stop it?

I'm using Office 2003 and outlook 2003. I set the signature auto insert in edit new email. If I reply or forward email, I insert the signature manually. But when I set the winword as a editor, I can't find any signature insert function. Could I do this function when I use Word?

Yesterday the test message worked fine now today: When sending a test e-mail form the "test account setting" button I receive this message: Unable to send test message please verify e-mail address filed. I've looked at the e-mail fields and they are fine.
