have an idea what to do.  My messages are stuck in my outbox, they ARE
italicized, and I have not opened or read them.  I am not running Norton, but
have an instiutional subscription to McAfee.  My e-mails ...

my email text remains underline despite it is not my default font format.
De-underlining does not work either. it changes my screen however the
recipient still recieves the email underlined. I have no background or
template either.

The left pane is hidden so I don't have access to sent folder, calender,
contact, options etc.
How do I get it back ?

My name is lew hagood and it comes into my Bellsouth email address of
lewpaints@bellsouth.net as undeliverable mail, but I never sent it and have

Hello!  My organization uses a customized task list as an in/out board.  We
keep it in a public folder.  We would like to have this task list be the
first thing users see when they load up Outlook.  Can you help me get this
set-up?

I've configured a public folder and it works so far but what I want to do is
use the field chooser and set up the fields so that everyone sees the same
fields.
So far I can set them up individually but not globaly.
