Can you ensure that e-mails are opened in the order they're rec'd?28 Mar 2007 23:43 GMT3
I'm trying to set something up on a shared e-mail account to ensure that an
e-mail can only be opened if there are no earlier-receive e-mails still
unopened. Have had a look, but can't see any of the tools available which
would enable me to do this - anyone have any suggestions?

not able to attach document to email28 Mar 2007 23:26 GMT1
previously if I wanted to send a document (such as .doc or .ppt) to someone
from within MS Office, I could select
File --> Send To --> Mail Recepient and it would automatically attach it to
an email in MS Outlook that I could send.

E-mail address not appearing in Sent Mail28 Mar 2007 20:56 GMT1
I'm having an issue of seeing some people's e-mail addresses in my Sent Mail
folder.  They receive the mail and can reply back no problem.  If I CC
someone else they do not see that person's mail address either.
For example: I send a mail to John.Smith@news.org.  I also CC
Exchange 2003 (Server SBE) Sharing SMTP Address Space28 Mar 2007 20:36 GMT1
Hi All... Think I'm going mad! I've been trying to setup a client (SBS 2003)
with a shared SMTP address space (Article ID 321721) and half the result is
exactly what I wanted - Exchange checks AD for the username, and if it can't
find it, routes it to another (external) sever. ...
can i tell outlook to search beginning with most recent28 Mar 2007 20:29 GMT4
When trying to "find" an old email from a specific person, I want Outlook to
begin by looking at my most recent emails first and then moving on

I have Office 2003 and want to know if it is possible to open a message and
then, say, delete that message and have the next one open automatically?  I
swear i was able to do this in Outlook 2002, but now I can no longer do so.
Was I dreaming?
meassage header does not print when printing email28 Mar 2007 20:00 GMT1
When I print emails some do not have the email header at the top reflecting
who I emailed or who I received an email from, etc. I have found no pattern
for the problem. It is random. It could be an email from anyone, an email
that I replied to, or one that was forwarded.
"thread-topic" and "subject" are different28 Mar 2007 19:46 GMT1
I've noticed that in a scenario where person A send a message to person B,
the thread-topic and subject are the same as expected.  however when person B
then changes the message subject then forward the e-mail to Person C, the
thread-topic and subject are now different.
