Outlook 2007 is "renaming some of my categories in Asian characters when I
close the categories window after adding new ones.
I thought there may be a limit on the number of categories - but it could be
something else.

I can only get Outlook 2007 to start in safe mode. Without the "/safe"
option it just hangs at the splash screen. I have checked the Add-ins
and there is nothing there that is unsual and all but one is from
Microsoft and that is from Adobe.
