I use two email accounts in Outlook 2007, and I am suffering the same problem
with both email accounts in that ocasionally my emails bounce back to me with
the following message
The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:      

Hi - I have the option of using either POP or Imap email settings. From an
Outlook 2007 perspective will one provide a better experience than the other?
From reading threads I suspect Imap. But I could be totally mis-understanding
the point. Opinions welcome

Why am I recieving duplicate emails when I click teh send and recieve button?
I am using Outlook 2003.

I have installed Office 2007 onVista and it worked great for 2 weeks.
Suddenly, whenever I start Outlook 2007 it stop working after 10 seconds.
I have this entry in the event viewer:
Faulting application OUTLOOK.EXE, version 12.0.4518.1014, time stamp

I've copied and moved my Outlook 2003 .pst files from laptop to desktop via
an ethernet connection between the two computers. Have verified that the data
files are in the correct location on the desktop computer. Have recreated my
email accounts on the desktop computer. However ...

I use Win2kPro. When I click the desktop icon quick launch outlook closes.
It's not critical but is annoying as hell. How do I fix this. Figure it must
be a setting somewhere.

All of a sudden yesterdy, i was unable to reply to emails or create new ones.
I can recieve just fine.  This is office 2007.  I have had itinstaled for 2
weeks (I haven't activatedit yet since MS screwed up my Action Pack
subscription liscenses) but i should still have a month  ...

I am not able to get the e mail with the link to finalize the set up of the
SMS client in outlook.  MSFT says that it is sent but i never receive
anything.  Any suggestions?

I recently installed Office Standard 2003 on a Vista system, without Outlook
2003.  I did this because I didn't think I could use my free Hotmail account
with Outlook -- and I STILL don't know the answer to that one!  Question, how
do I use my Office 2003 CD to install Outlook ...

i want to create a rule to delete messages over x days old from specific
people, in a certain folder, I don't want to apply this to the entire folder
though.  Any suggestions?

Is the file format with Outlook 2007 backward compatible with Outlook
XP?  If not, are there any 3rd party applications that will convert
the 2007 format to XP?

I have gone to Tools menu > Options > Mail Format > Fonts to change the
color of my font on my messages, but is there a way to change it to something
other than the standard colors that are there?  I can change it to a custom
color when I type the email, but I would like it to ...

OL suddenly is giving me problems, I just can´t open it, all I got is a msg
that is counsumming a lot of memory and got to be closed. In order for me to
uninstall OL and reinstall or even go for a new release ,  I need to be sure
that all of my notes are safe.

Just recently my outlook 2002 has slowed to a crawl. I get 100% disc
activity and to download a tiny email <10kb takes 5 - 10 minutes each.
(with the amount of spam about this will turn into an impossible task)
I have tried deleting all other resources but nothing seems to improve

my e-mail reciepents address in outlook are being asked to be formated, mail
will not be sent
