I have set a rule that is to reply to all messages using a save template. The email account that this rule applies to is open in Outlook 2003 and running on a seperate machine. The problem is that sometimes it replies, sometimes not, and I can't figure out why!

The settings / GPO etc for Outlook 2003 are all set correctly, but we have just one program that uses Simple MAPI. If you start Outlook in online mode the settings prevent the security access dialogue from appearing.

We have about 30 people here and when a new assistant starts (or even a new staff member) we must either manually goto each staff member (30) and enable sharing of all calendars/contacts for that one new user or, at a workstation, logoff/login as those 30 different people and ...

Does anyone know of a way to automatically collapse expanded folders after you transfer mail around? Or at least a keyboard shortcut that collapses all folders? Situation.

I just installed Outlook 2007. I cannot figure out how to add stationary. The help instructions say to click themes. My screen says Themes are not installed. I cannot find any help on installing themes. Do I need to do this to use stationary?

What does the setting (radio button) During AutoArchive ... Delete expired items (e-mail folders only) in the archive menu mean and do? Does it delete email from the server after the aging period but keep it in the archive *.pst file for future viewing?
