When I try to access the advanced properties of my default personal folders

Hi I've read through som of the posts, and it seems like most of them where
for the beta version. I "inherited" a client (and the problem) that bought an
original copy of Office 2007, because the previous support guy loaded his
copy of Office 2003.

The archive.pst file is about 288 MB while the archive in Outlook folder-list
is about 72 MB. I have checked that the path for the archive-filder in
Outlook under properties and Advanced is the same as the pst file's location.
What is the likely explanation for this?

Outlook has started deleting messages from the inbox once they've been read.  
Mail downloads and is stored normally, can be opened for reading normally,
but once a message has been opened for reading, closing it results in it
disappearing.

If i delete an appointment does it goa awy on my attendees calendars?
Or i guess i should should it...?

I was originally viewing pictures with the Microsoft viewer but changed my
default to a photo program I had so I could change the size and rotation of
the pictures.  Can anyone tell me how to restore it to the Microsoft Viewer?

it used to work but now when i copy an animation from my collections in
emails and files in a folder they do not appearon a new email.  i have tried
using tools and format with no success.

I thought the Journal would show which files ergo word escel etc showed in
the Journal list.

CAn you set up Outloof Journal to show word and other docs that were opened
during that day?
