I have used outlook a long time and had a staff member import another file into my pst. I now have duplicates etc in the email folders and sub folders. Is there a way to export the "tree" to excell so I can see what I need to combine?

Can you delete a message at the same time it's sent? In other words, the message goes to the Outbox and then the recipient, but does not go to the "Sent" box.

Last week I did a windows update and then an office update. Since then, I cannot open Outlook - before it opens, the message dialog pops up informing me that an error has happened and Outlook must close. All other office programs seems to work fine.
