Is there a way that I can set up Outlook to automatically empty my deleted

When you forward a message in Outlook 2003 the original message is
automatically opened.   I want to forward mail that is obviously Junk Mail to
our filter system so it will get blocked in the future but I DO NOT want
Outlook to open the mail as it could allow a vius to infect ...
