I have a user that receives this when trying to print an email with a screen shot on it. I have seen this before and have never found a definitive fix for this. Any ideas? It seems this user can not print it, other users (some but not all) cannot print it if she sends it to them ...

Have an interesting problem, in Outlook 2003, individual email file each day are getting backed up for some reason to a network share. Any way to stop this?? Not the .pst file... but each email gets saved as: s1m8.t then s1m8.u s1m8.v
