I would like to configure Outlook (or Word) to use a non-default email address for all of my email merges. I know I can manually do it but I often forget and send out the merges from the default email address, rather than the one I desire.

If I create a PST file on a network drive letter, the path automatically converts to the UNC. For example, I if create a PST on x:\folder\personal.pst, Outlook will convert this to \\servername\sharename\folder\personal.pst in the PST properties.

I am interested in knowing if there is an easy way to write email in outlook on a PC and then transfer it to a Blackberry for sending wirelessly? Can you write in Outlook, sync the two systems (connected through the Blackberry Desktop), then reply to all with the Blackberry?

I've added a btinternet account to outlook. I can send items OK, but they aren't recorded anywhere. I've checked that the 'save sent items' box is ticked. And I've checked that filters are cleared. Can anyone help me please?! Thank you
