Dell notebook using OEM Outlook, with Word as e-mail editor, will send
multiple copies of an e-mail message that contains graphics or that has an
attachment.  Other nearby computers using the same connection don't have the
problem.  Is there a setting to control this?  Dell wants ...

I just switched from Thunderbird to Outlook 2003 for my mail clients.  Does
anyone know of a way for me to migrate existing Thunderbird emails into
Outlook so I can read and edit those in Outlook 2003.  I'd like to completely
using Thunderbird even for reading my old email.

I have a customer that has organized his tasks by moving them to a personal

When I mark a task in the To-do list as 'complete' I thought it should grey
out but remain visible. It seems to be deleting as though I'd chosen Delete
instead as 'Mark  Complete'. Is there an error in my Outlook?

For some reason, my desktop alert does not notify me anymore when I get a new
e-mail. I have not changed any of my notification options. It just stopped
working. The envelope does not display either in the tray. I'm using Outlook
2007 with Exchange.

My eamil system does not appear to have regestered the fact that the clocks
went forward an hour and still logs the recieved time as an hour earlier than
it was acturally sent.  Is there a way of changing this as it is messing up
all my meeting times.

Whenever I e-mail inserted images or attached files in Outlook 2003, none of
the recipients receive the e-mail.  It shows as having been sent, but no one
received it.  The recipients do receive my e-mails without images or

Has anyone had the experience of using Outlook 2003 with Office 2007 (Student
& Teacher) on a XP w/SP2 machine and a security package called F-Secure?  My
ISP provides the security.  Receiving new email has slowed tremendously, the

be able to choose a Word Theme as default when creating a new message.
However I just cannot find that option anywhere - so everytime I create a
