You know little envelope that pops up to tell you that you have mail (in
Outlook).  Well, mine was showing up even when I didn't have mail.  So, I
right clicked on it and saw that you could "Hide" the envelope.  So I did.  
NOW I can find a way to "Unhide" the envelope.  Can ...

Outlook blocked an access file with a .mdb file exension.  I have not yet
found a way to get to to the file to save it.  Anyone know how to unblock the

I have Outlook 2003.  Brand new PC with XP.  When I send external mail, it
goes into my sent box, but the user never receives it, and I do not receive
an error message.  If an external user sends me an e-mail and I reply, they
receive the message.

We removed McAfee from a Windows 2003 server and rebooted.   Later, a user
logs in and gets an error when starting Outlook 2003:
The add-in  "C:\program Files\McAfee\Managed

I am unable to send emails allthough have no problem receiving them. When I
send a test email I get an error message saying :-
The specified server was found, but there was no response from the server.
Please verify that the port and SSL info is correct.

I have a new user thats pretty mobile and uses his laptop as his main
workstation, but he also wants to get his exchage mail on to his Win CE phone
ASAP.
So to get it to him fast, I took his desktop PC and configured his Outlook

I want to know if this can be done automatically or do I need to add myself
to each email before it goes out?

I am using Outlook 2003 and want to turn off the alert that comes through
with only emails that are set to Importance: High.

Our office computer uses Outlook 2000.  We have 3 different e-mail accounts
(set up by a prior employee) which we use for different company business  
Would like to switch between the 3 e-mail accounts sometimes when sending

It appears if you enable the Out of Office Assistant, senders will get one
notification that I'm out of the office over a 24-hour period.  Is there a
way for them to get this notification every time they email me?
