This could be a pretty easy to solve problem i'm just finding it hard to get the answer online.... If i set up another email account is there a way of easily switching between accounts without having to set one as the default each time.

it lets me see the emails in my account, but will not let me download them and erase them from my isp account after I have done that . So that I can manage them in outlook Any ideas I will be extremely grateful

My OL message store has grown too big and since I'm logging on to a domain controller these huge files get syncronized and copied every time I log on / off to the network. I have read that user profiles should be limited to around 20-30Mb and

Is there any method or tool available to "unlock" pst files? I have made 2 basic mistakes when it comes to backing up pst-files: 1. Always shut down Outlook if you manually copy pst-files 2. Test that the backup can be recovered, before you need it.

Greetings All, I have several users that need to customize their Outlook views. The have large numbers of Inbox sub-folders and would like to propagate the changes from the inbox down. Does anyone know of a way of doing this.

We have installed PFBACKUP on a number of PCs and have set the location to backup to as a path on a network file share accessable to all users. One PC however we cannot select where to backup to as the file location and browse button are greyed out.
