I want o create in a personal record either new fields or a new sheet.  In
here I want to enter bank details, pay details, check boxes for induction
routines as well as annual training as well as ethicity (Council requirement).

I have 1600 items in my Deleted Items folder, ranging in date up to February
2007. Since that date none of the items, from any folder, that I delete shows
in my Deleted Items folder. Why is this? I need to keep recent emails for a
period of time, but as I cannot see them I'm not ...

When i print mail or a word document from mail , the left hand side of my
printed document is cut off.
Is there a setting to fix this or is it a printer problem?

outlook 2007 seems to crash when replying a mail thus causing reboot... any
suggestions..? This doesn't happen with Office 2003 ..any ideas what could be
wrong?

I can receive new emails from a friend but when he replies to my emails his
text is deleted from the email. The email that I receive from him looks
exactly like the email I sent. It is only from one of my friends! please
help!!

My boss uses Microsoft outlook to get his emails.  He has 2 offices at
different locations.  When he gets his emails at one location , he keeps them
in the read inbox.  But when he goes to the other office at the other
location, he doesn't see the same emails he read at his other ...

Outlook 2003.  After pointing to the excel file and selecting the destination
as contacts, it imports and there is nothing in the contacts.
Soo I entered a contact in outlook, name address phone & email, saved and
exported it to an excel file, then imported the same info fields ...

With only one of my PC's running Outlook 2003, most incoming email is shown
as importance (none), instead of High/Normal/Low.  Some however, come in as
"Normal" importance.
I normally group items by Importance, so these show in a "fourth" group

Receipients are getting 7, 10, 15 (it varies) when I send attachments that
have pictures or videos, etc.  and the message shows as not sent in the
Outlook outbox.  Please advise as to what I need to do.  Thanks.

One of my colleagues has managed to turn on Show/Hide even though the button
is not available in the Standard or Advanced toolbars.  Can anyone tell her
how to turn it off?
A previous answer advised Toolbars, Options, View but when I do this, I do
