I've noticed that over the past 24 hours my outlook is running very slowly. i can click an item and its 3/4 seconds before and reaction. If I type, the text appearing on screen can be 2/3 seconds behind the keyboard. Its not happening in any other program

I cannot select any stationery in Outlook 2007 -- I have uninstalled and re-installed and the install to install themes -I also have Microsoft office 2007 home Edition installed and the themes show up there. But in Outlook, it says no themes installed?
