Hello, I use MS Outlook tasks for managing a pretty large and complex project. It is pretty good, but where can I find advice to ensure that I am maximizing Outlook's functionality in this area? Or should I look into an addon, and if so, which are good? Thank you for your help,

In older versions it was easy to set up a short cut to folders outside the outlook system ie just a general folder on 'my computer'. Can this be done in O2007? It was a handy way of backing up important emails

my email can not archive properly even though I have already set the default to archive older than 6 month, in some folders messeges older than 6 months still can not be automatically archived to the archive.pst.

I have one employee who accesses her email from out Exchange 2003 server using RPC over HTTP. She claims that some of her emails don't show up in her Inbox for several hours though I'm not seeing any signs of that from my users within the office. Any thoughts?

I have 2 @msn accounts (1 for me and 1 for my husband) in my Outlook 2003 and all emails come from the default account even when I type in a different address in the "from" field. How can I enable both of us to send emails from our addresses?

Have various versions of Outlook (2002, 2003 and 2007) Is it possible to customize the style of Outlook Today past the templates provided? Having the same ones since 2002 (with that machine) is getting pretty boring. Would be nice to be able to have the ability to design one.
