How do you get Outlook 2003 to save as *.msg format instead of the default of HTML when trying to save messages - I know you can manually change it but I want this to be the standard. I have checked all the settings I can think of - but no doubt I missed this.

The following KB article perfectly describes my problem: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/904942 Unfortunately, the patches provided are only for XP and 2003. I need one for Vista ASAP, as this behavior is very counterproductive.

I'm trying to create a sublist with only some of my contacts that includes their phone, fax, and email. It seems like I can create lists with phone and fax OR with email but not with all. Any hints?

My issue appears to be the opposite. When I reply to an email the text is like kindergarten print; much too large. I've emailed myself and it returns normal size. I've tried quite a number of format changes that don't take. Help!

Enviroment is XP Pro, Outlook 2003, Exchange 2003. Has anyone experienced a situation where a users contacts and signature are disappearing? While we are able to recover/reinstall it without a loss of data its kind of perplexing and annoying.
