When I try to backup my PST file, the backup program tells me it cannot
back it up because it is locked. This is true even if I have quit
Outlook. I can perform the backup only if I have not run Outlook since
booting. THis is a pain - is there a way around it?

With Outlo0k 2003 I usually save my emails as a Word document, but the option
does not appear to be available with Outlook 2007.  Is there a way of doing
this?

Help please. I have just updated to office 2007 but I have a problem with
outlook.  It keeps downloading about 1000 old messages, many of which had
been deleted, from up to 2 years ago.  I cannot find a way to stop this
happening and it also seems to freeze up when I send/receive ...

It seems that outlook only saves 30 days of messages where are all the saved
messages and how do I acess them? Ive tried looking into the options section
