How effective is Outlook's junk email filter?
Does it use techniques such as Bayesian filtering or does it just match
against strings common to spam email?

SBC is my ISP. They told me the problem is in Outlook. Is there a fix?

I have an outlook exchange service running through outlook over the top of

I have set up to not include the signature in replies or forwarded emails in
MS_Outlook 2003 in Options / Mail Format.
I also have set to use MS-Word 2003 to edit emails I reply to in Options /

I am facing a wired problem after upgrading my OS to Windows XP SP2.
In Outlook 2003 while opening html messages with links  to intranet
