I would like to know if it's possible to setup outlook 2003 to put incoming
email in different folders as it's coming in. if yes it's possible then how

I used to get dates at end of e-mail entries when receiving them. I no longer
get them in Outlook 6. Is there a way to allow these dates?

What would allow outlook to arbitrairly send a message?  a blank message, and
the receiver verifies the mail is sent as well.  user does not create the
msg, outlook just sends the file.

For some reason I send an attachment on  every e-mail.  When I send it to my
other e-mail account I try to open it up and nothing is there.  This goes out
on every e-mail and people will write me back and tell me they cannot open my
attachment.

This only seems to be a pdf problem.  I am having the same problem.  new Dell
with xp pro and outlook 07.  I send in HTML. I can send 1 email to 3
different people and the
one person got the attachment as a winmail.dat the next person got nothing

The idea of even one important email ending up in the junk mail folder and
being missed for even a few minutes is unthinkable in business.  I'm normally
a Microsoft fan but this is difficult for me to understand.  We have to have
a way to definitively turn off the junky junk mail ...

I am trying to export a distribution list from one pc to another with
Outlook, but I want to download the individual addresses from the
distribution list to the main address book in order to address separate
emails to each user on the new list. How do I do this? Thanks!

(as some email accounts filter BCC emails into the trash)... is there
