I cannot locate the blind cc button, how do I activate it for ongoing use?

I have a strange problem with Outlook 2003.  When I compose an email,
all of the ' get changed to ???. For example, if I want to write
that's, it will show as that???s at the recipients end.  It looks fine

Outlook 200s is used for my E-mail.  Within the last couple of weeks it the
receiving of new E-mail, the switching from one received E-mail to another,
and the deleting of received E-mail has slowed to a snail's pace.  I
regularly clean out the old E-mails and neither storage ...

I have got sudden problems in outlook.
My out look is closing automatically every 2-3 minutes. Each time I have to
open outlook to check mails. It has started from last week. Even I
reinstalled outlook...but problem has not solved.

Once you send someone an email message, Outlook remembers the address and
pops it up in the auto complete lists when you start to enter To, CC, etc
items in future messages. How do you retrieve and edit that list?

Notes, but no notes are being printed. How Can i print the notes and what are

I have successfully defined specific keys in Word in order to get letters
with French accents on a US keyboard. Is there a way of assigning keys in
Outlook or in Office as a whole?

This is driving me up the wall as my boss has somehow misplaced all teh mail
