We have a user who's out of office assistance does not prompt her to turn off when she returns to use Outlook. We are on an Exchange Server and all her rules appear to be correct. Does anyone know why this is not showing up?

I am using Outlook 2003 on a Windows XP PC. I view 2 mailboxes, mine and IT. We are going to allow users to add tasks to the IT mailbox for the IT deparment to complete. I wish to customise my Outlook Today so that I can see My Tasks AND the IT Tasks from the IT MailBox.

Outlook 2003 Just configured AOL mail and GVTC mail to be forwarded to MS Outlook 2003. This is great because now I do not have to open each internet account; I can see ALL emails in one place!
