When I reply to an email the text in the original email has symbols inserted
into it? Paragraph marks, return arrows, and dots between words. How do I get
rid of that and back to normal text?

does anyone know if the preview pane in Outlook XP (2002) can be moved on
the right hand side of the client window?
I know you can do it in 2003 (and you actually have the choice in the
Preview Pane Options). In XP the only options when selecting Preview Pane

Is the quarantine folder used for holding messages or attachments you suspect
contain viruses?  I've never used it and was curious (besides the possible
obvious) what it was specifically used for.

I use Outlook 2002. When sending a new message, I do not have the option to
add a signature on the "insert" drop down. How can I add this option?

Outlook continues to retrieve mail when closed.  This will not allow my
wireless PDA to get mail because it is off the server.
I know I could leave it on the server but I don't want all e-mail on my PDA

My outlook has slowed down opening an e-mail to the point that it takes
several minutes.  Also when I type a "reply" it is very slow.  This started

Using OUTLOOK 2003, I want to have access to all mail,etc. downloaded to only
1 computer station but be able to access them from either of the other 2

my email account is not my primary account in outlook (which is another
problem that i would like to fix) but the email account where all new mail
comes in to doesn't have a sent or deleted folder, so I can't delete email
and it's not saving my sent mail.  how do i fix that?
