I have a user who has at least five different archive files.  Is it possible
to merge all into one?

I know this might be a repost, but is there anyway to remove or disable the
RSS Feeds folder from the Tree structure in Outlook 2007?  I have read posts
that state that you can delete the folder in OWA or in an earlier version of

When I start Outlook 2003, it opens, loads the outlook.pst file, then
my antivirus (ZoneAlarm Security Suite) runs a scan, and when that
compltes, Outlook closes.  This computer is also running Timeslips,
which hooks into Outlook in some fashion.  I have not ried

HELP!!!  All of a sudden, I am no longer able to drag and drop messages
between
folders.  I am using Outlook 2003. Windows XP Professional operating system.

I must have clicked something by mistake and can only see new mail.  I see

I would like to attach a .vcf file to all of my new, outgoing emails.  I
have a signature set up that is different than my V-card as it has a
disclaimer in it and different information on me than the card.
Is there a way to attach a file to outgoing messages, not replies without ...

When I tried to sort my inbox emails by name it came back without the name
column so I tried to add the name field and it just made things worse.  I
can't for the life of me find out how to just set everything back to the way
it was before.

exchange 2003 & outlook 2003
each mail which enters our company is checked (and tagged) for spam.
most of our users use a rule to move spam-tagged mails to a spam-folder.
everything works fine ... untill ...

I have an Exchange 2003 server and about 150 users using Office 2003.
What happens:
1. User 1 invites User 2 and User 3 to a meeting called "Security" at 10 AM
2. User 2 and User 3 do not respon because they are both out of the office.

We have started up using a public folder to share documents.
We work with Excel workbooks that we store in a public folder.
All the documents in one folder is based on a template, so they are alike.

When I send Meeting Request the person who receives does not have "response"
buttons.   Why?   However when I receive a meeting request I have the options.
