My version of Outlook 2003 is set up so that it does not download pictures
from the internet when they are sent in the text of a message.  I think that
is a good feature, but to be useful,  I need to know where the pictures are
coming from.

I have Outlook 2003.  Outlook worked fine until last Tuesday.  Now I can not
receive or send messages.  I get error message that the operation times out

I tried the ISP server and they said the problem was with outlook.

On an XP SP2 platform, using Outlook 2007, I cannot open a new
received email message by double clicking on the item in my inbox.  I
do have Norton Internet Security 2006 installed.  Might this create a
problem?  Any help would be appreciated.
