My office uses Outlook 2000. When I delete a message, the message stays in my Inbox with a strikethrough of the text. I cannot actually get them to disappear from my Inbox until I hit "purge deleted messages". How can I delete messages and have them disappear from my Inbox

I use a lead generation service in my business. Beginning with SP2, all of the leads I receive are being sent to Junk Mail. I think this is because Outlook consideres them to be 'phishing'. Does anyone know how to stop this from happening?

Is there a way to tell Outlook: "Move any email that comes from domain xyz.com to JunkMail?" A spam sender always uses a different part before the @ but it's always the same after that.
