When I get an emila, I can click on the hyperlink to a website, but I can not
click on the hyperlink to an email, so I can reply.  I have to copy it and
start a new mail.  I use Office 2000 professional.

Is there any way to make the space of the collapsed Navigation pane that says
"Navigation pane" smaller?  It's a waste of space in which I would like to be

Some problem developed requiring me to create new personal folders to allow
me to get in to Microsoft Outlook.   Now I can't find my old folders which is

When I send a JPEG attachment to anyone not using Outlook, the JPEG

When I click on a link in an email, I do not go to the website.  Instead I
get a box that pops up as if I am saving a file.  It says "Locate Link
Browser" at the top and "Executable Files (.*exe)" show in the Files of Type.
The only buttons I have to push are "ok" and "cancel".  ...
