I've encountered an odd issue at my work that seems to affect only some

A client reported Inbox emails are being deleted, and going to Deleted Items
folder, whenever she replies to an email.  Can this be virus-related, or is

On our ESM we recently raised the mailbox quota for everyone.  One of our end
users though, is still receiving the "mailbox full" message at the old quota.
We went from 150MB to 250MB, the end user is still maxing out at 150MB.
