When using a public folder in Outlook 2003 after you forward an email the forwarding icon does not appear. It this something that is possible to setup ? Is there some setting that i could use for this?

I recently discovered to my delight that you can email directly to a Public Folder. You create a Contact for the Public Folder and then use this in the To: field of your mail (e.g. KnowledgeBank@companyname.com).

ik have a SBS 2003 R2 server, when i add a picture in a users signature the message is not delivered every time. If i delete the .jpg all works fine. Any one the same issue? Thanks in advance.

I have Small Business Server 2003 with Exchange 2003 running and POP3 connector to ISP mail server. I am seeing an icon in the client Outlook that says it is Offline. What is that? and, what can I do to resolve it?

There are many rules created to re-direct messages into different folders in the pst file that is on a network drive. After a network problem, Outlook cannot connect to it and then all the rules become red/invalid and all the checkboxes are uncheck. After the network problem ...

THis message keeps appearing when I try to open Outlook 2003. It will not let me passed the error message and I know the computer is online because I can open Outlook Express and use it with no issues. Any suggestion as to what may be causing this.

It doesn't matter what the attachment size is. When sending, Outlook starts to consume all the CPU and becomes unresponsive and has to be killed. Outlook works fine with text only messages.

ich bekomme bei Outlook 2003 einige Mails, bei denen im Betreff steht z. Bsp.: blabla.pdf=?UTF-8?B?? Woher kommt das und wie kann ich das vermeiden, da ich die Mails automatisch zuordnen möchte. Danke
