The company i work at uses office XP, but not for outlook, we use
Outlook2003, in outlook you can use Microsoft Word as your default email
editor,when i try and do this for mine, since we do not carry word 2003 i get

Is there anyway to prevent delivery reports being sent automatically?  I am
using Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2000 Server.  I can block read receipts but
cannot find the setting to block delivery reports internally/externally.  If
someone selects the option to request a delivery ...

For instance, I move 'Out of Office' messages to a specific folder. After 3
days, I want those messages to be deleted. I can see where I specify a date
range, however this would mean that I would have to change the 'before' date
every day.

 I'm  using Outlook XP w/Exchange 2003, and I'd like to know if it is
possible to send on behalf of a distribution list?  Thanks.

We have a webform that gets emailed to one of our users automatically.  Since
moving to Outlook 2007, the form seems to transfer in a text mode and she can
no longer see the data that was entered in the form.  PLEASE HELP!

why is it that when i recieve 4 emails at different time of the day my
envelope icon disappears after i only read one of them?? it should stay there
until all my emails are read.  is there any way to do this?

I have recently installed Exchange Server 2003 SP2 and we're running

I have created a number of server-side rules using Outlook 2007 to
move messages to certain folders, etc, but I also have certain rules

Everytime I open outlook, it says that it has encountered a problem and shuts
down.  I can not email, look at my contacts or anything.  Please help, I don
not know what to do.

My Shortcut Calendar and Contact buttons do not access the Calendar and
Contacts - i have to right click and open them in a new window.  I can's seem
to fix the shortcuts

I have two profiles, one for my exchange server and another for my
POP3 account.  If I want to add my POP3 account to my exchange server
profile (so that emails to both addresses are picked up in the one
profile) will the exchange server sync the emails from the POP3

I can send emails to recipients and file the emails in folders.
Or I can post a message to a folder - though who gets sent that posting?  or
don't postings get sent until.... what?

I have 2 problems with my RSS Feeds in Outlook 2007 on Vista.
#1 If I right click on the RSS Feeds folder and select "Mark all As Read" it
does not mark any of my feeds as "read".
#2 If I right click on the Rss Feeds folder again and select Properties ->

I have installed Outlook 2007 and all of my contacts, folders, calendars,
emails, etc are there, but any time I try to send an email, NONE of my
contacts are coming up in the address book.  Can someone tell me how to have
all of those contacts recognized as addresses?
