For instance, I move 'Out of Office' messages to a specific folder. After 3 days, I want those messages to be deleted. I can see where I specify a date range, however this would mean that I would have to change the 'before' date every day.

why is it that when i recieve 4 emails at different time of the day my envelope icon disappears after i only read one of them?? it should stay there until all my emails are read. is there any way to do this?

I have two profiles, one for my exchange server and another for my POP3 account. If I want to add my POP3 account to my exchange server profile (so that emails to both addresses are picked up in the one profile) will the exchange server sync the emails from the POP3

I can send emails to recipients and file the emails in folders. Or I can post a message to a folder - though who gets sent that posting? or don't postings get sent until.... what? Basic enough issue - but struggling to find help text! Many thanks

I have installed Outlook 2007 and all of my contacts, folders, calendars, emails, etc are there, but any time I try to send an email, NONE of my contacts are coming up in the address book. Can someone tell me how to have all of those contacts recognized as addresses?
