I installed Outlook 2007 on my new computer (with Vista). Outlokk now opens
with the Inboox. I would prefer it to open with the Personal Folders screen
as before. How do I change the opening screen. It doesn't seem to be in
Tools --> Options.

I am trying different CRM and autoresponder set ups, but I keep using my
outlook.

I want to be able to set up a number of email templates which I can use to
send information out on a regular basis to customers
I do not want to have to type the whole email again

Several weeks ago after obtaining Office 2007 Pro, installed all programs
successfully. So I proceeded to go to Outlook and configure my accounts.
Well, I tried configuring a Microsoft Exchange Server and it failed because

I need an add-in to check if an employee has sent in a report by a certain
time.  Example:  If an employee does not send in their "Daily Report" by 10pm

I am flagging the message in Outlook to remind me at the particular time.
