I have my wife and I set up with seperate profiles.  Question - how can I set
up the electronic signatures so we both have our own?
I go to the tools option and enter my signature, but when she goes to hers
it shows my signature.

Anyone have any idea how to use Outlook as a Project planner?

I cannot get rid of it despite pressing "accept" evrytime it appears. It
appears everytime I open Office 2003, or Outlook, when I have to email
something.

   There are many  names in  my contacts in outlook 2003, but when i send a new mail and type characters or click check names it shows no names in contacts, how can i guide outlook to pick up names from the contacts automatically.

I designed a number of training related forms in Outlook 2000 and 2003.  
After upgrading to Outlook 2007, I can no longer edit the form or related
fields without republishing the entire document.  How can I design a form
using a previously modified template?

All my new e-mails are automatically being directed to my deleted items
folder.  I think I tried to delete an e-mail from my unread mail and somehow
it effected all my new incoming e-mails.

Ok, I have a rule that moves all emails with news@xxxxx.com in the TO:
Box to another folder.  But, if someone has created their own list and
they send it to that list and the news@ email address is in there, it
is not filtered, meaning it comes to my inbox, not my other folder.

   How can we subscribe or add microsoft newsgroups in outlook 2007.

Since installing MS Office 2003  I can no longer do any other work while
receiving an email!  This was not the case with the previous version.  I have
looked for a setting to allow spooling but cannot find it.  Undoubtedly, it
is caused by operator error but I am unable to ...

i sent my friend a large file with some video clips in it yesterday and the
e-mail is still sending 24 hours on i want to delete it and send them another
way but when i click delete it says it can not delete as outlook has already
started transmitting it what can i do to delete ...

When I print an e-mail the "From", "Sent", "To" & "Subject" fields are not
appearing.

in out look express it was really easy to create an abundance of different
stationery with any choice of personal/ professional photos as a background
to the email. i cannot find this option anywhere in outlook 2007.

Does anyone know how to make the "from field" appear empty when replying or
forwarding a message on behalf of another user. I'm using outlook 2003 and
exchange 2003 and when I reply to a message from another person's mailbox it
shows their name in the from box.
