i have outlook 2003 11.8118.8122 SP2 on windows 5.1 xp sp2. when i create a new message, it take a little time to open the new message window, and then, when i type on the keyboard, i have to wait many seconds

I have an add-in (for ACT software) that will not load. I really don't care about it and so would like to remove it. Short of de-installing the ACT package, is there a way to tell Outlook 2003 to not load this DLL? Is there some "add-in" place I can look?

We cannot receive emails from each other in the office even when we cc them. Only outside of the business emails come through. How do we fix the problem? We use POP Server example: donna@company.com.

After installing Outlook 2007 on a Vista workstation, I tried to setup Outlook and I got a vbscript.dll error. Message said to run regsvr32.exe VBscript.dll to correct the error. I did and restarted my workstation and got the same error. Can anyone help. Thanks, Eljefe.

I've set up e-mails sent to an exchange mailbox to divert to a public folder on the network through active directory. When internal e-mail is sent to that address they show up as e-mail messages, but e-mails from external addresses show up as discussions.
