Whenever I open a link inside a web page or in an email that is an address, instead of Outlook 2003 making a new email, 20+ instances if IE open up and bog the machine down. It's only affecting one machine and it is all MailTo: links.

After users name was changed from Jones to Smith outlook shows after the initial mail is sent to user that when you go to send again the name is selected for you but is shown as Jo Smith <JJONES> How do I change the <JJONES> to <JSMITH>

I have a problem on save an attachment from outlook 2000. When I save the attachment, Outlook shows the following message. "Outlook cannot save the URL to file. Path does not exist." Not all attachments have problem and only some of them have problem.

When I right click on an imbedded image within a group of them, a dotted box surrounds the one picture and an Outlook box pops up that says "Copy", but I cannot copy it. Sometimes the image shows up in the Clipboard, but I cannot move that to a file elsewhere on the computer. ...

Another problem caused by having to change hard drive. I saved all my email addresses and now have them on disc as .rtf files. How do I get them all back into my Outlook 2002 address book?
