Whenever I open a link inside a web page or in an email that is an address,
instead of Outlook 2003 making a new email, 20+ instances if IE open up and
bog the machine down.  It's only affecting one machine and it is all MailTo:
links.

I have setup my computer new and imported the pst file to the computer.  When
I imported the file it has created, as normal, a temporary 2nd file below.  
However, this time it hasn't deleted it after the import process was
completet.  If I now want to close it manually or delete ...

I can not export my calendar and task from Outlook 2003.
When I click File-> Export/Import , the function Export/Import is gray , so
can not be clicked.

After users name was changed from Jones to Smith outlook shows after the
initial mail is sent to user that when you go to send again the name is
selected for you but is shown as Jo Smith <JJONES>   How do I change the
<JJONES> to <JSMITH>

I am using outlook 2007 ;the problem is that whenever i start downloading
from my inbox it syn all messages in the inbox creating large MB size
downloading thus increasing my time. can any body tell how to turn it off.

On Friday I did a system scan 'cuz i thought I had a virus. When i started

I am using Outlook 2003 and install Lookout for searching, when searching the
mail, some of them is dupliate or show document error message "I'm sorry, but
that document coudn't be opened: Outlook Document could not be found".  Could

When I right click on an imbedded image within a group of them, a dotted box
surrounds the one picture and an Outlook box pops up that says "Copy",  but I
cannot copy it. Sometimes the image shows up in the Clipboard, but I cannot
move that to a file elsewhere on the computer.  ...

Another problem caused by having to change hard drive.  I saved all my email
addresses and now have them on disc as .rtf files.  How do I get them all
back into my Outlook 2002 address book?
