I recently had to restore my computer. I use Vista Home Premium. I had to
reinstally Office 2007. When I use Outlook and then go to another program I
am usually unable to return to using Outlook. It is as if it is gone to sleep
and I get the (Not responding) response.

he wants managers to be able to update his calendar with appointments,
nothing unusal in this, but he does not want to give the managers permission

How can you retrieve mail that is accidentally deleted?

We've upgraded our office with new computers.  When I imported the emails
from Outlook Express from the old computers to Outlook 2007, a good amount of
folders were missing.  What should I do?

I am wondering how to backup my inbox, contacts, calendar, etc. in Microsoft
Outlook 2007.  In Outlook 2003, I simply exported the *.pst file to a safe
location and then burned a copy of that to a CD/DVD.  Can I do the same for
Outlook 2007, or is the procedure different now, ...

After I snyc my Palm to outlook 2007 and disconnect, my calendar and contacts
are no longer on my pc.

    Is it possible to make the rule as server rule? I have found that it
can't function after my outlook has quited.

Using Outlook 2007 and it recently started  sending all imcomming emails
directly to the delete folder upon start-up.

Outlook 2003, my ISP recently changed so did all my email address extension,
and along with that I changed the addresses for daily group emails I receive
from a few Yahoo Groups.  The ISP said they are overwhelmed with the
transition and suggested that I turn to Microsoft for ...

Is there a way to import groups into Outlook from Windows Mail?  If so, how.  
If not, what is the easiest way to do it without recreating the entire group?

We have a user in my company who has a .PST file in Outlook 2003 in Windows
XP Professional SP2 at 3.5GB.
We all understood the maximum size for the file before it stops working was
2.0GB.

Whenever I open an email in HTML format and want to reply to it, as soon as I
start typing, a space is added before and after where I am typing.  For
example, if I wanted to edit a word in an email reply, it would look like

Whenever I click a hyperlink in my e-mails, I get a dilaog box called 'Locate
Link Browser'.  This has started to happen only recently and I don't recall
changing any settings.  Can anyone suggest how I get the links to start
working again?  I've looked around but cannot see ...

How do you edit the types of phone numbers that appear in the drop
down list in the phone number section of the new contact window? I

I use Microsoft Outlook 2003 version 11.8118.8132 SP-2.
In a previous version of Outlook, (not sure which one), I used to be
able to assign colors to incoming messages based on who they were
from, (i.e. any e-mail from my boss would show up as RED text, e-mail
