I would like to create a Distribution List in Outlook 2003. Is there an easy way to capture email addresses from an email sent to me in order to easily create a new Distribution List and to avoid having to enter them one by one?

I have Office 2007 on 2 machines. Is it possible to synchronise outlook across them I know it wasnt with 2000 but has this been changed now. Is a real pain having to use WMDL on one and outlook on the other to get at my emails

I work with someone, who had Outlook 07 at her previous job. she had saved her Contacts & calendars as PST file prior to starting work here. When attempting to import the PST into her OL (XP), she got an error due to the 07 file type.
